Management Policy
1. Shells can only be collected by reading stories and completing tests. If a shell is gained through inappropriate means, the shell will be deleted, and the learner will be excluded from the program.
2. Saved shells will be deleted if a learner withdraws his/her membership in the program.
3. Saved shells can only be redeemed for points in Reading Oceans.
